Notice of 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice is hereby given that the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Malaysian Society of Soil Science will be held at Bayview Resort, Penang on Tuesday 13th April 2004, at 12.00 noon.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- President's address
- Minute of the 32nd AGM held on 15th April 2003 at Kota Bharu, Kelantan
- Matters arising
- Annual Report of the Society's Activities
- Financial Statement of Account for 2003
- Election of Management Committee for 2004/2005
- Election of Honorary Auditors for 2004/2005 session
- Any Other Business
Members who wish to include matters for discussion under item 8 of the agenda are requested to notify the Honorary Secretary in writing at least 7 days before the Annual General Meeting. Members who are unable to attend the AGM, but would like to exercise their votes, are requested to complete proxy form and return them to the Honorary Secretary before the date of the AGM.
