Notice of 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Malaysian Society of Soil Science will be held at Vistana Hotel, Kuantan, Pahang on Tuesday 18th April 2006, at 12.30 noon.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. President's address
2. Minute of the 34th AGM held on 12th April 2005 at Kedah
3. Matters arising
4. Annual Report of the Society's Activities
5. Financial Statement of Account for 2005
6. Election of Management Committee for 2006/07
7. Election of Honorary Auditors for 2006/07 session
8. Any Other Business

Members who wish to include matters for discussion under item 8 of the agenda are requested to notify the Honorary Secretary in writing at least 7 days before the Annual General Meeting. Members who are unable to attend the AGM, but would like to exercise their votes, are requested to complete proxy form and return them to the Honorary Secretary before the date of the AGM.
