Notice of 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice is hereby given that the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Malaysian Society of Soil Science will be held at New Pacific Hotel, Kota Bharu, Kelantan on Tuesday 15th April 2003, at 12.00 noon.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. President's address
2. Minute of the 31st AGM held on 23th April 2002
3. Matters arising
4. Annual Report of the Society's Activities
5. Financial Statement of Account for 2002
6. Election of Management Committee for 2003/2004
7. Election of Honorary Auditors for 2003/2004 session
8. Any Other Business
Members who wish to include matters for discussion under item 8 ofthe agenda are requested to notify the Honorary Secretary in writing at least 7 days before the Annual General Meeting. Members who are unable to attend the AGM, but would like to exercise their votes, are requested to complete proxy form and return them to the Honorary Secretary before the date of the AGM.
